In this role, you will lead a Polish market sales team within Salesforce's EMEA Emerging Markets. You’ll drive revenue and align the team with GTM objectives while developing talent and building partner ecosystem. You’ll navigate complex buying cycles and collaborate cross-functionally to scale SaaS solutions for diverse customers. This is an opportunity to shape a high-growth sales organization and contribute to Salesforce’s mission in AI-enabled, customer-centric sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing Account Executive team in Poland
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and development of sales talent
  • Support client meetings with executive presence and internal resources
  • Develop ecosystem, partner, and reseller relationships in Poland
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across Salesforce to drive sales success
  • Lead pipeline generation initiatives and optimize revenue opportunities
  • Provide strategic mentorship to improve close rates and identify opportunities
  • Establish and maintain C-level relationships within customers
  • Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the team
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture

Key requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales leadership with quota attainment
  • Strong SaaS and enterprise software knowledge
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent
  • Customer-centric approach with ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities
  • Market knowledge of Poland; fluency in English and Polish
  • Ability to adapt to regional dynamics and cultural needs
