In this role you drive regional Ocean freight volume growth by acquiring and expanding mid- to large-sized customers (500+ TEUs per year). You will develop strategic sales plans, manage relationships with key decision-makers, and tailor end-to-end ocean solutions. You collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Credit, and global offices to ensure service excellence and competitive pricing. You analyze market trends and lead forecasting to sustain year-over-year tonnage growth. Responsibilities

Identify and secure mid- to large-sized customers with significant Ocean freight volumes
Develop strategic sales plans and meet sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Provide tailored end-to-end Ocean freight solutions with guidance on regulations and handling
Collaborate with Product, Procurement, Operations, Credit, and International Offices to ensure service excellence and timely collections
Monitor market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities
Maintain pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts with CRM updates
Represent the company at industry events and market updates
