In this Regional Manager role, you will oversee all non-clinical operations across dental offices to drive regional growth. You will lead and develop regional teams, mentor operations managers, and shape a scalable growth strategy aligned with PDS-supported office expansion. Your scope includes identifying new locations and ensuring effective regional trainings and communications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate broader goals into on-the-ground improvements and expansion.

Responsibilities

Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices and build high-performing teams
Provide leadership to operations managers and drive regional revenue growth
Implement high-level strategic analysis and execute systems with accountability to achieve same-office sales growth
Develop and conduct regional trainings and meetings with strong group presentation skills
Identify future PDS locations based on geography and opportunity

Key requirements

Several years of multi-location management experience in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, or related industry
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with superior project management skills
Ability to draw valid conclusions, use sound judgment, and make decisions under pressure
