As Regional Manager, you lead store performance across a Chicago-area region, building brand presence and driving product sell-through while hiring and coaching Store Managers. You ensure stores embody lululemon’s culture and guest-first experience, providing product education and authentic connections. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners on real estate, store openings, and initiatives that advance regional growth. This role offers leadership to a diverse team and a meaningful opportunity to shape the guest experience and performance at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach multiple Store Managers to drive store performance and guest experience
- Maintain alignment with lululemon's Core Values and Store Principles across region
- Develop talent, succession planning, and career path guidance for stores in the region
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams on store operations, real estate plans, and store openings
- Manage regional budgeting, planning, and quarterly business reviews to meet financial objectives
- Monitor and report on key regional store metrics and implement actions to close performance gaps
- Communicate priorities and provide tools/resources to Stores in the region
- Support learning and development initiatives ensuring equitable access and inclusion
Key requirements
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor or equivalent
- 1 year of multi-retail store management experience
- Previous lululemon store management experience
- Must live in or relocate to Chicago, IL
- Willingness to travel to retail locations and work both collaboratively and independently
- Ability to work at a desk for extended periods
- Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting is implied by role responsibilities
