In this role you lead regional GTCC consulting, driving performance, growth, and customer success across Maersk's GTCC. You partner with sales and customs teams, manage a regional consultant group, allocate resources, and ensure compliance. You shape delivery of data-driven consulting solutions across regions and collaborate with stakeholders globally to create measurable business impact. This is a chance to influence how trade and customs services are delivered in a global, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Own regional financial performance, including P&L accountability and delivery of annual targets
Partner with Customs growth and sales teams to drive consulting business development opportunities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants across the region
Allocate consulting resources effectively across projects and customer portfolios
Drive consulting sales, marketing activities, and portfolio growth within the region
Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability commitments
Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and customer satisfaction

Key requirements

Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
10+ years of customs and trade compliance experience within the public and/or private sector
Experience within consulting organizations or consulting-focused roles
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across multicultural environments
Commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and P&L performance
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
