Responsibilities

ensure regional vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with regulations and Amazon standards through audits and feedback loops
execute regional fleet initiatives and support new product launches while aiding delivery partners with management mechanisms
influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve complex operational needs and manage escalations
manage vehicle readiness and cosmetic standards by analyzing data from various fleet sources to protect customer experience
travel 30-40% within the region and occasional travel across Europe to support operations

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree
experience influencing and partnering with cross-functional teams
ability to prioritize in high-volume engagements
excellent communication, accuracy and attention to detail
advanced proficiency in German and English
