As Regional Director - Intake Services, you guide intake operations across Behavioral Health facilities to optimize patient access and regulatory compliance. You’ll support facility leadership in recruitment, training, and performance oversight, and lead data-driven improvements to key intake metrics. You will collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices, develop trainings, and share insights across the division. Responsibilities

Support CEOs in recruitment, hiring, training, development, and oversight of Intake Directors
On-site observation and monitoring of Intake productivity and performance to ensure efficient patient access
Monitor intake indicators and trends related to calls, assessments, admissions, triage, deflections, and productivity (daily/weekly/monthly reports)
Provide trainings on Call Management, EMTALA, HIPAA, data entry systems, regulatory compliance, and intake best practices
Monitor intake policies for accuracy and regulatory compliance (local/state/federal)
Attend monthly Operations calls to assist with strategy for improvement in key indicators and operations
Collaborate with Clinical, Risk, Business Development, Finance and other departments to support facility intake operations
Participate in Corporate initiatives by representing Intake Services in meetings
Document and distribute agenda; communicate observations and directives to stakeholders with action plans and timelines
Identify and share intake best practices; develop trainings and competencies; contribute content to the Intake SharePoint site

Key requirements

Master's degree
minimum 5-8 years' experience in an acute inpatient psychiatric facility
Knowledge of EMTALA and HIPAA requirements; TJC standards for intake and admissions; electronic data entry systems preferred
Extensive national travel (80% travel); must be located near a major U.S. airport
