In this role you will help shape the High-End strategy for the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic region, tailoring plans by store to meet luxury objectives. You will lead with a client-centric mindset, growing and developing our existing high-net-worth clientele while upholding the Louis Vuitton promise. You will collaborate with regional and store teams to deliver elevated experiences and drive loyalty, balancing sales targets with premium client engagement. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a luxury, relationship-driven environment and wants to influence regional growth.

Responsibilities
- Co-create and implement region-wide High-End strategy across all product categories
- Drive sales targets while ensuring elevated client experiences at touchpoints
- Collaborate with Store Leaders and Client Relations & Development teams on retention and development strategies
- Identify and recruit high-potential prospects to expand the client network
- Monitor progress toward regional goals and formulate action plans with leadership
- Organize client events and occasions to attract top clients and boost sales
- Develop a sustainable network of high-net-worth clients for the business
- Strive to exceed regional and store targets in partnership with zone teams
- Identify learning opportunities and work with Retail Learning to implement impactful training
- Share market feedback with management and ensure timely follow-up actions
- Explore opportunities outside the core business to grow VIC client network
- Provide post-visit recaps to management and ensure feedback is implemented
Key requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client relations or luxury retail leadership
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on loyalty development
- On-site role based in Chicago with regional responsibilities
- Experience in organizing client events and developing high-potential prospects
- Strategic thinker capable of creating sustainable growth plans
