Responsibilities

Oversee and enhance the real estate product offering
Lead product development projects and lifecycle events
Manage internal product decisions and approvals
Act as central contact for group-wide product processes across country units
Coordinate and facilitate product governance meetings and committees
Develop and maintain internal standards, processes, and reporting
Drive digitalisation, automation, and data-driven processes across the product lifecycle

Key requirements

5-10+ years of experience in developing, managing or winding down real estate fund products
Experience with international real estate or private markets fund platforms or AIFMs
Knowledge of AIFM structures (closed/open-ended funds, club deals, Lux AIFs, RAIFs, INREV)
Strong MS Office skills; comfortable with digitised tools including Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal English; German and/or French a plus
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Highly motivated, well-organised, detail-oriented team player
