As Real Estate Manager, you will lead site identification and the end-to-end leasing process to support Infusion For Health's national expansion. You will partner with internal teams and external brokers to ensure timely openings and operational readiness of infusion centers. The role combines market analysis, transaction support, and cross-functional project coordination to deliver scalable, compliant sites. You will enable rapid growth by applying data-driven site selection and disciplined real estate processes. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with meaningful impact on patient access and center deployment.

Responsibilities

Site identification and market analysis to support 30+ annual evaluations and priority setting
End-to-end lease and real estate workflow management, including LOI and lease review coordination
Support landlord negotiations in partnership with leadership and brokers (not primary negotiator)
Coordinate internal real estate committee materials and financials (pro formas, market analytics)
Review sites with Clinical teams for operational fit and long-term viability
Manage lease renewals and track milestones, escalating issues early
Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Credentialing, and Sales to ensure smooth openings
Maintain project timelines, trackers, and leadership reports
Identify risks, develop recovery plans, and support long-range growth planning

Key requirements

5+ years of commercial real estate experience; healthcare/retail development or multi-site expansion preferred
Hands-on site selection, lease administration, or project coordination
Experience in growth-oriented, process-driven environments (healthcare, retail, franchising, or PE-backed) preferred
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-project management
Strong analytical skills with comfort using Excel and financial models
Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive problem-solving
