Compensation / Benefits

Competitive Salary: $205,000 – $275,000

Responsibilities

Represent lenders, capital providers, and borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions
Structure, negotiate, and document construction loans, mortgage financings, and equity investments
Advise on sophisticated debt, debt-like, and equity structures for commercial real estate assets
Manage multi-tiered capital transactions and structured finance matters
Assist with distressed commercial real estate transactions and related financing
Collaborate with partners and clients throughout all phases of transactions
Maintain significant client contact while handling multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Key requirements

JD from a top-tier law school
Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
2–5 years of substantive experience in real estate finance transactions
Extensive experience with debt, debt-like, and equity transactions secured by real estate
Experience in construction financing and multi-tiered capital structures
Experience representing lenders, capital providers, or borrowers
Excellent attention to detail, sound business judgment, strong interpersonal skills
Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively in a team
Commitment to superior client service and potential for business development opportunities
