In this role you support the R&D team by building and testing early prototypes, documenting procedures, and assisting with test setups and production ramp-ups. You collaborate with development and production to improve processes and tooling, while contributing hands-on and administrative work. Responsibilities
- Build and test initial prototypes and document processes
- Contribute to test setups, verification, and production ramp-up of new products
- Document procedures in the digital production system for smooth order processing
- Collaborate with development engineers and production teams
- Support R&D disciplines including tooling design, automation scripting, soldering, and 2D/cable drawings
- Improve process flow and efficiency
Key requirements
- Practical, independent, and good communicator
- Vocational qualification in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering (MBO/MBO+)
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle changing situations
- Quality-conscious with high personal standards
- Eager to learn electronics, mechanics, and processes
