In this role you will drive R&D for high-voltage product development and contribute to eco-gas solutions. You will work within an international GIS Development team to tackle complex engineering challenges and support product improvements. You’ll lead technical investigations, coordinate testing activities, and collaborate with global labs and suppliers to ensure reliability. Responsibilities
- Deliver R&D activities for high-voltage product development
- Support the development of innovative eco-gas solutions
- Lead technical investigations and root cause analyses
- Drive product improvement and reliability initiatives
- Plan, support, and evaluate testing and validation activities
- Collaborate with global laboratories and external suppliers
- Provide technical support for existing products and applications
- Share knowledge and contribute to technical excellence across teams
Key requirements
- Master in Electrical Engineering or PhD
- Minimum five years of industry experience in engineering or R&D
- Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering
- Experience in an industrial product development environment
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
