Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer requirements and internal standards while partnering with engineering, production and customers.
Lead or support investigations into customer complaints, including root cause analysis and development of corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain control plans and quality systems.

Key requirements

B.S. in Technical, Quality, Manufacturing or related field
Knowledge of IATF 16949
GD&T
CMM
Customer contact
PPAP
Control plans and PMFEA
