Responsibilities

Oversee pursuit and bid support for the Spain Group, coordinating tender processes and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions
Guide proposal development by liaising with technical teams, schedulers, and project managers
Collaborate with writers, editors, designers, and client managers to strengthen winning strategies
Attend BD go/no-go meetings and track pipeline priorities, capturing decisions and outcomes
Contribute to improvements in bidding processes and win rates within the Europe Region Bidding network
Coordinate regional resourcing to align bid priorities with client opportunities
Support win strategy development and color team review processes
Engage in client-facing activities, including presentations and interview preparation
Ensure accurate CRM data and maintain bid collateral and templates in SharePoint
Mentor and supervise team members, influence BD hires, and support capability planning

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
APMP certification desirable
7+ years in pursuits and bids within the AEC industry or similar
Proven experience leading high-performing pursuit teams across markets and regions
Experience with bid lifecycle, prepositioning, and regional bid delivery
Strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of current AEC bidding trends and procurement methods
Fluent in English and Spanish
Proficiency with marketing and communications technologies
