Responsibilities

Interview clients to identify issues and propose solutions
Document and design processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead time
Support the development and transformation of client business and IT strategies
Create as-is and to-be roadmaps for customer environments
Contribute to proposals, bids, and Statements of Work
Prepare and deliver client presentations, workshops, and proposals
Coach and support clients for personal success
Identify risks and assumptions to shape program governance
Participate in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teams
