Responsibilities

Supervise staff and conduct annual performance reviews
Promote strong customer service across the team
Support day-to-day problem solving and best practices
Process payroll bi-weekly using computerized time records
Facilitate mediation between staff and owners when needed
Ensure office coverage during business hours and maintain confidentiality
Build relationships with Board, Owners, and committees; prepare meeting materials
Provide management reports and newsletters to board/owners
Develop and monitor the budget; track financial activity and variances
Inspect building/grounds and coordinate maintenance with staff
Solicit bids and oversee maintenance; respond to emergencies on-call
Support sale processes and show units to potential buyers
Conduct disclosures and closings with new buyers
Serve as resource to marketing committee

Key requirements

3 years of life experience in business, sales, hospitality, leasing, accounting, customer service, or related fields
Real Estate Licensure required to obtain within 48 months of hire
