Experteer Overview
In this role you drive quality planning and ensure customer requirements are translated into compliant development to start of series production. You will collaborate across teams to support audits, reviews, and supplier/customer interactions within the automotive context. The position blends process oversight with hands-on investigation of issues in pre-series and early production, enabling robust quality performance. You join a team focused on continuous improvement and meeting high standards in a global supplier network.

Responsibilities
- Ensure customer requirements and standards are applied from inquiry through start of series production
- Process customer complaints during project and pre-series, initiating and tracking corrective actions
- Participate in process and tool approvals and in preparing specifications
- Support and coordinate project reviews and customer visits
- Plan and execute audits and handle initial samples
- Travel readiness for project activities
- Knowledge sharing through Hirschmann Automotive Academy or similar training
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards
Key requirements
- Experience in automotive quality management is advantageous
- Assertive, proactive mindset with initiative
- Strong negotiation skills in project teams, with customers and suppliers
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Knowledge of customer requirements and regulatory standards in development projects
- Experience in handling corrective actions and audits
- Willingness to travel
