In this role you will lead renewable energy projects from late development through FID and COD, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong risk and stakeholder management. You will work within Nadara’s PM Team to optimize value across wind, PV and storage initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

Lead multiple renewable projects from development to COD across wind, PV and storage
Bring projects to FID, RtB, and COD on schedule and within budget
Ensure project objectives maximize value and adherence to quality, cost and risk controls
Coordinate FID package preparation and manage timelines with Gantt-based planning
Oversee budget governance and financial KPIs, guiding procurement and contracts
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication
Support procurement strategy and oversee construction activities and contract negotiations
Contribute to project financing strategy and Offtake planning with relevant teams
Ensure HSE standards and QA/QC throughout project lifecycle
Handover to Operations at PAC

Key requirements

2+ years in project management for infrastructure or energy projects
Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant subject
Experience in renewable energy development and/or construction with a track record of targets
Knowledge of financial indicators for renewable projects and optimization
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related MS tools
Willingness to travel extensively within Europe
Pragmatic and creative problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and leadership with cross-cultural teams
Full clean driving license
Fluent in at least two of Italian, English, French, Spanish
Desirable: quality, health and safety management experience in design and construction
