In this role you will drive complex project delivery within Wiley|Wilson’s AEC practice, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet objectives for government, institutional, and private-sector clients. You will identify process improvements to enhance performance and throughput while maintaining rigorous quality and schedule control. Working from our Lynchburg, VA office with flexibility, you will shape project execution and client communications in a fast-paced, employee-owned culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful impact on project outcomes and the firm’s growth.

Responsibilities
- oversee and deliver complex projects from planning to completion
- identify opportunities for process improvement
- lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- maintain clear client communication and progress reporting
- manage time, risks, and resources to meet schedule and budget
Key requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience in the AEC industry
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in architecture or engineering); PMP required if degree is in another field
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
- strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- excellent time management and a sense of urgency
