Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role you lead a cross-functional team to successfully develop, commercialise and deliver projects within a regulated healthcare manufacturing environment. You partner with stakeholders to align quality, cost, and schedule, driving improvements and ensuring compliance. You will manage the project lifecycle from concept to qualification, balancing constraints and enabling timely delivery. This position offers impact across product design, tooling, and process optimization in a global provider context.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and control project activities to meet objectives and product requirements
- Allocate resources and assign project team members
- Develop stakeholder communication plans and manage expectations
- Monitor progress, report status, and ensure tracking processes for progress and cost
- Manage budget, cost and profit targets to achieve ROI
- Coach team on project management best practices and process adherence
- Deliver high-quality project documentation
- Resolve issues with a solution-focused approach and manage risks/change requests
- Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and quality requirements
- Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including health and safety and financial controls
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (or related field)
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of project life cycle in GMP, high-volume manufacturing
- Extensive knowledge of injection moulding & mould tooling
- Proven leadership in project and change management
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of QMS principles (ISO13485 preferred)
- Experience with MS Project and Microsoft Suite
