Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role you will lead large customer projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with field sales, manufacturing, and vendors to validate requirements, POs, and BOMs, and oversee schedules and progress. You apply Schneider Electric product knowledge to solve problems and propose value, while driving financial reconciliation and post-project support. You’ll collaborate across functions to ensure successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer project orders from kickoff to closeout
Validate customer requirements, drawings, specs, BOQ alignment, and clarify exceptions
Coordinate order prep, manufacturing release, shipment, and post-shipment support
Engage with Field Sales and project management leads to review PO and BOM
Lead project scheduling and communicate progress to customers
Direct interaction with internal manufacturing and third-party vendors
Monitor project lifecycle, track tasks, and resolve issues
Lead project closeout including financial reconciliation, installation, startup and training support
Evaluate and propose alternate products to increase customer value
Resolve issues with customers to strengthen relationships
Demonstrate core project management processes and terminology

Key requirements

BA or MA technical degree
5+ years in Project Management/Engineering or Field experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
CAPM certification is a plus
Proven track record delivering technical projects
Strong technical knowledge with project planning and organizational abilities
Expertise in risk analysis, resource management, and budget control
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Outstanding communication with diverse stakeholders
