In this role, you drive the direction, coordination, and execution of assigned projects within Bugaboo’s cross-functional environment. You partner with the Bugaboo/Joolz teams to hit timelines, budgets, and quality targets, while embedding project needs across stakeholders. You coach teams, promote center-of-excellence practices, and ensure transparent progress reporting. You manage risks, staffing, and escalation to secure successful product launches that align with strategy.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate the overall project execution
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain a center of excellence for the project
Ensure transparent metrics, decisions, and stakeholder communication
Manage progress, costs, risks, and quality to meet objectives
Address critical issues, opportunities, risks, and actions with stakeholders
Ensure adequate staffing and cross-department collaboration for project delivery
Coordinate reports, escalations, and progress meetings; drive process improvements
Support development of Bugaboo’s standard project management methodology

Key requirements

Educational background in project management and product development (as a basis)
General knowledge of marketing, industrial design, production, supply chain, and global sales channels
Excellent knowledge of project management tools, budgeting, and time management
Knowledge of product development processes and stage-gate models
Project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Good situational leadership with coaching abilities
