In this role you contribute to the clinical information system projects, acting as liaison across clinicians, facilities, and corporate teams. You manage project activities, ensure milestones are met, and provide support from planning through execution. You’ll work with end users, apply PM standards, and help drive system improvements in a large healthcare organization. Responsibilities

Liaise between clinicians, facility, and corporate teams
Act as project manager or backup for assigned projects: run meetings, manage agendas/minutes, track tasks and issues, escalate risks, drive completion
Adhere to UHS PM standards and document progress using PM tools
Gather data for projects and assist with event planning for large initiatives
Travel to facilities as needed to support PM responsibilities
Provide technical guidance to end users and team members
Administer project management application Brightwork
Research and resolve implementation-related Customer Support Center tickets
Provide after-hours support as needed
Participate in PM training and maintain Service Excellence
Keep management informed of activities, needs, problems

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Understanding of hospital workflow and operations
Advanced working knowledge of clinical information systems
3–5 years in information services, healthcare, or project management
Ability to translate software/hardware needs and process improvements with end users
Comfortable interfacing with hospital and corporate personnel at all levels
Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PMP preferred
Up to 25% travel
