Responsibilities

Manage scope, schedule, and budget of projects with a matrixed team to meet deadlines
Serve as primary liaison for internal and client teams, handling construction, procurement, invoicing, and documentation
Oversee a diverse client portfolio and ensure client needs are exceeded
Build and sustain relationships with clients, team members, and senior management
Develop strategic plans to achieve client goals and drive business growth
Lead project acquisitions, identify opportunities, and collaborate with marketing to prepare bids and interviews
Possess working knowledge of design and construction standards and negotiate solutions to concerns or overages
Maintain a valid driver’s license

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
PMP certification, EIT or PE license
Master's degree in engineering, related science, business, or organizational management (desirable)
Working knowledge of client and industry design and construction standards
Strong MS Office skills
