In this role you will oversee project controls for EPC initiatives, focusing on cost management, scheduling, risk analysis, and performance reporting. You will work within cross-functional teams to monitor and optimize project performance and ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities

Oversee administrative aspects of EPC cost control programs, including data entry and record maintenance
Assist in developing Work Breakdown Structures and Project Coding for control
Provide cost-related guidance to project teams during development
Analyze cost performance variances and communicate causes with mitigation plans
Evaluate cost reserves and contingencies to align with the project portfolio
Understand and analyze EVM data, productivity, and Estimate at Completion calculations
Research preliminary cost estimates using historical data and benchmarks
Support change management and assess impacts on forecast
Input and verify project data in Oracle
Monitor KPIs and prepare progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Key requirements

Minimum 5 years of project controls, cost management, scheduling, and performance reporting experience in industrial engineering or construction
Preferred four-year degree or relevant project experience in Project Management, Business, Accounting, or Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Oracle
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to interpret complex project data
Ability to interface with external stakeholders such as engineering firms, vendors, and contractors
Ability to multitask in a multi-faceted work environment
