In this role you drive adoption and expertise for Amazon DSP among enterprise programmatic trading desks. You work closely with traders, agencies, and internal teams to onboard, train, enable, and optimize campaigns while feeding product feedback for improvement. You act as a trusted advisor to align customer objectives with Amazon's programmatic services, shaping usage, strategy, and execution at scale. This role is a platform for influencing product evolution and delivering measurable advertising outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own relationships with programmatic trading desk managers across organizational levels
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing product usage guidance plus best practices
Analyze data to identify improvements, root causes, and adoption opportunities
Support product beta participation and capture customer feedback for cross-functional teams
Define and improve processes/tools to better serve customers
Advocate for customers in internal forums and triage issues to drive action

Key requirements

3+ years of digital advertising and client-facing experience
Experience analyzing data and identifying performance drivers
Experience with annual brand and media planning (preferred) or omni-channel marketing (preferred)
