As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant at Amazon Ads, you guide enterprise clients through adopting and optimizing the Amazon DSP. You act as a trusted advisor, coordinating with traders, sales, product, and support to enable adoption, training, and best practices. You drive feature beta participation and data-driven enablement to help customers achieve business objectives. This role blends strategic consultation with hands-on execution to evolve how clients use programmatic advertising at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with programmatic trading desk managers across multiple client levels
- Provide onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature trainings, and ongoing consultation on product usage and best practices
- Analyze data to identify improvements, root causes, and craft enablement/adoption recommendations
- Support product evolution by coordinating beta features, gathering feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Improve PSC team processes and tools to better serve customers
- Deliver trainings, assist in campaign strategy execution, and provide optimization recommendations
- Advocate for customers in internal forums and triage support issues to inform product/services design
Key requirements
- 4+ years in programmatic advertising in a consultative, customer-facing role
- Experience with digital advertising and client-facing responsibilities
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
- Hands-on involvement with multiple programmatic technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, ML optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, attribution, bidding engines, auction models, pixel/tag managers, cookies, viewability)
- Strong data-analysis capabilities and experience communicating with B2B customers
- Proven ability to manage relationships with programmatic decision makers
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English
