In this Program Security Representative role, you provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. You will perform day-to-day analyses to ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy and help develop security procedures. You’ll identify vulnerabilities, oversee training, and coordinate with SAP security personnel to drive continuous improvement. You’ll brief diverse stakeholders and lead security reviews, ensuring timely corrective actions. This role offers meaningful impact in safeguarding highly sensitive information within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data
Provide day-to-day security support and recommend improvements to policies and systems
Identify vulnerabilities and risks in test, training, and operations
Develop, implement, and train the Operations Security program
Assist with contractor and subordinate facility oversight
Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics
Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs, and track corrective actions
Notify program staff of pertinent security matters
Investigate loss or compromise of classified/sensitive information and prepare damage assessments
Coordinate lessons learned into SAP security education curriculum
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members

Key requirements

10+ years related experience
2+ years SAP experience
TS/SCI clearance required; ability to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in a related area or Associate's + 2 years' experience or equivalent
Experience with security compliance reviews and incident investigations
Knowledge of NISPOM, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies
