As Program Manager for Electric Operations Strategy, you will plan, govern, and execute a portfolio of strategic initiatives that advance Electric Operations priorities. You will bridge strategy and execution, coordinating with operations, data/digital teams, and executives to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll manage multiple workstreams, assess risks, and ensure timely delivery at scale, with visibility to leadership. This role places you at the center of shaping risk reduction, climate adaptation, and affordability for customers in a fast-paced, high-impact setting. You will work hybrid, traveling to Bay Area locations as needed to support field operations and partner teams.

Responsibilities

Define scope, discovery, and objective alignment for initiatives
Plan end-to-end project activities and align cross-functional roles
Maintain regular communications with partner organizations
Identify and address project performance issues and risks
Ensure quality of project delivery and troubleshoot with pilot partners
Track deliverables and report status to stakeholders
Develop contingency plans and capture lessons learned
Create executive-level presentations and coordinate field visits
Support ad-hoc requests for the Electric Operations Strategy team

Key requirements

4-6 years of experience managing programs/projects in operations, strategy, or operational excellence
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business
Experience leading or supporting cross-functional, matrixed initiatives with operations and business stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership updates and decision-making
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
