Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role, you will lead the program’s financial, schedule, and document controls to enable informed decision-making and transparent execution across capital programs. You’ll work with project managers, accounting, and district stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and audit-ready documentation. The position supports continuous improvement of control standards and data integrity within a dynamic, multi-site environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee program and project financial controls (budgets, forecasting, cash flow, ETC/EAC, financial reporting)
  • Manage schedule controls, milestone tracking, and schedule analytics
  • Administer contracts, purchase orders, payment applications, invoices, and change management processes
  • Develop dashboards, operational metrics, monthly reporting, QPRs, and executive reporting packages
  • Support PMIS administration, reporting workflows, and data integrity
  • Coordinate document control coordination and reporting compliance
  • Monitor performance trends and identify risks impacting budget, schedule, or objectives
  • Support internal and external audit activities and maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, accounting teams, consultants, and district stakeholders on controls and reporting
  • Contribute to development and continuous improvement of procedures, controls standards, and reporting protocols

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years controls/reporting
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred: PSP, CCP, EVP, PMP
  • Experience with cost, schedule, forecasting, PMIS, and related disciplines
