In this role you are the single point of accountability for program delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. You lead the Engineering Product Leader (EPL) team through development, launch, and production phases for awarded products or RFQs. You own the customer relationship from a program perspective, manage risks, budgets, and governance, and mentor the EPL team. This position offers the chance to drive cross-functional execution and contribute to profitable, on-time delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

Program Execution: oversee milestones and critical work packages for flawless delivery
Customer ownership: maintain ongoing engagement with customer stakeholders and platform leadership
Risk & Escalation Management: act as first-level escalation, track risks, and lead task forces
Program Budget and Financial Management: manage budgets, targets, profitability, cost performance and reserves
Reporting & Governance: ensure timely reporting, lead reviews, monitor KPIs and performance metrics
Leadership & Talent Management: coach EPL team, identify skill gaps, and support career development

Key requirements

Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering
Technical and Management skills/experience
High level of English
