In this role you will support the Finance team by coordinating multiple programs (fleet, travel/expense, and vendor setup) and generating reports. You will act as a liaison across internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth processes and timely information flow. You’ll handle program administration, data dissemination, and ad hoc projects that enable efficient operations. This is a cross-functional role with impact on cost control, reporting, and service delivery in a healthcare services environment.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the fleet program
- Administer travel or expense report programs
- Support AP vendor setup and follow-up with suppliers
- Oversee multiple company programs and related communications
- Disseminate information internally and externally
- Prepare reports on vendors’ products and services
- Assist with special projects as assigned by Supervisor
- Interact professionally with residents, clients, HCSG staff and the public
- Provide customer service support to internal employees and external partners
Key requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in business support and administration
- College degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Project management skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills
- Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high ethical standards
