In this role, you will shape and promote the service offering around Advantest hardware products to grow service revenue in the installed base. You will work with hardware product teams to ensure a complete Service and Support portfolio and define new services that enhance customer value. The role involves market analysis, pricing strategy, and developing go-to-market promotions to drive market success. You will collaborate across sales, service, and product teams to deliver impactful service solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage projects related to 93K Production Service Marketing
Oversee the support lifecycle of 93K hardware options and subsystems
Analyze market conditions and competitive landscape
Define solutions for 93K Cards and related services
Set spare parts pricing and strategy
Collaborate with HW product generation teams to enable market-ready Service offerings
Develop new service products and value propositions for service agreements
Identify critical success factors and key processes and ensure they are followed
Create promotion plans and marketing materials
Introduce new services and products to customers

Key requirements

Good understanding of hardware products and markets
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Ability to travel internationally
Project management experience
Proven track record in results in changing environments
Excellent communication skills (international)
Detail oriented to ensure implementation of strategies
Proactive, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
