Senior Specialist / Project Manager

You will drive AI-powered Product Marketing capabilities to scale PMM across inbound and outbound activities. Collaborating with product, marketing, data, and tech teams, you will codify scalable methods and deploy GenAI-enabled workflows. You’ll shape segmentation, positioning, and GTM while building reusable AI systems that improve speed, clarity, and impact. This role blends strategic PMM expertise with hands-on GenAI execution in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Scale PMM initiatives by integrating data, experiments, and automation for better product-market fit and GTM outcomes
Partner with Product, CRM, Research, Data, Analytics, Core Tech, and Marketing to embed GenAI solutions
Build Center of Excellence with scalable frameworks and governance for AI-enabled workflows
Design agentic workflows, smart assistants, and reusable prompts for consistent execution
Develop GenAI-powered capabilities to reduce friction and enable scale in PMM workflows
Prototype and validate solutions with Python, Streamlit, or similar tools and productionize where appropriate

Key requirements

5-8 years in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, or Marketing Operations in tech or ecommerce
Experience influencing cross-functional collaborators and senior leaders in a matrixed org
Solid experience with GenAI tools/APIs (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain) for real workflows
Proficiency in scripting/prototyping with Python/Streamlit or similar
Fluency in prompt engineering and shaping system behavior for diverse audiences
Structured, detail-focused approach to build repeatable operating models and AI-enabled practices
