Seeking a Product Manager, Specialist for Generative AI to guide the evolution and scale of an AI-powered conversational experience. You will own end-to-end domain work—from problem discovery to rollout and governance—driving high-impact AI opportunities and establishing oversight in a regulated financial environment. You’ll combine core product fundamentals with Generative AI expertise to ensure trust, safety, and continuous learning as central features. You’ll collaborate across teams to shape the product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes that deliver client and internal value.
Responsibilities
- Lead product management across one or more strategic domains
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases
- Collaborate with senior leadership to evolve vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Drive discovery, feasibility, experimentation, pilot, and scale initiatives
- Validate Generative AI against alternative approaches (deterministic/rules-based)
- Define quality bars and acceptance criteria for outputs (accuracy, compliance, explainability, latency)
- Establish evaluation frameworks (ground truth, annotation, precision/recall, monitoring)
- Partner with data science/engineering to track model performance, drift, hallucinations, confidence thresholds, flagged interactions
- Translate model results into actionable product decisions and iterations
- Manage human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation paths, and confidence gating
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Data Governance for disclosures, guardrails, privacy controls
- Define safe vs. unsafe use cases aligned with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with UX and prompt engineers on conversational design
- Balance accuracy, latency, and client trust in flows
- Use user feedback and metrics to refine the AI assistant experience
- Work with engineering, data science, UX, legal, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to plan and deliver
- Translate strategy into requirements, experiments, and execution plans
- Participate in enterprise AI strategy discussions and planning
Key requirements
- 5 years related work experience
- 2 years leading large cross-functional teams on major projects (preferred)
- Product Management experience utilizing GenAI
