Experteer Overview
As Product Manager at Hutch, you will accelerate growth for our flagship motorsports title, F1 Clash, and help Hutch reach the goal of being the leading mobile racing game. You’ll design and ship features, live ops, and events to boost player engagement and metrics. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to leverage research and data, forecast performance, and ensure an outstanding player experience. This role offers impact, autonomy, and the chance to shape a world‑class mobile IP.

Responsibilities
- Design, scope and implement features, improvements and events to enhance gameplay and metrics
- Experiment with ideas, set up live ops, offers and bundles to maximise performance
- Use user/competitive research and performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights and Product Marketing to maximise feature impact
- Forecast performance of the game, live ops and features using dashboards and analysis
- Champion the player experience by focusing on gameplay quality and engagement
Key requirements
- Track record of Product Management on free-to-play games
- Hands-on experience designing, building and maintaining game features and events
- Strong knowledge of the free-to-play market and why top games succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- Drive to deliver and a “get it done” attitude
- Scientific, data-led hypothesis approach with KPI‑driven thinking
- Analytical ability with experience running experiments and investigating game performance issues
