As a Product Manager on the Saatchi Platform, you drive high‑priority digital initiatives for Toyota’s platform businesses. You’ll guide agile delivery, steer roadmaps, and translate strategy into tangible features with measurable outcomes. You work cross‑functionally to ensure consistent execution and align on a long‑term product vision. This role offers impact through shaping digital experiences and optimizing how teams collaborate to grow client value.

Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of high‑priority digital enhancements through agile delivery, including vision roadmaps, Epics, and user stories
- Translate strategy into a prioritized product backlog with clear milestones and success metrics
- Act as voice of the customer to represent needs across cross‑functional teams
- Develop iterative solution hypotheses and validate with user testing
- Be the first point of contact for requirements questions, dependencies, risks with technical partners and clients
- Manage delivery fidelity from annotations to UAT and product launch
- Define ideal content‑management architecture for long‑term maintenance
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration
- Oversee scope, resources, and roadmap alignment with client priorities
- Identify growth opportunities and craft roadmaps with future business considerations
- Improve internal workflows and forecast milestones to remove roadblocks
- Connect platform initiatives to broader projects outside the platform scope
- Build trusted client/vendor relationships and mentor a high‑performing team
Key requirements
- 7+ years in client‑facing digital product roles (agency or digital product development)
- Experience with enterprise, large‑scale website or platform management
- Strong client relationship skills and proactive recommendations
- Track record delivering digital projects end‑to‑end (management, budgeting, technical development)
- Ability to manage multiple streams and maintain documentation
- Technical expertise in target software stack and translating value into specs
- Experience with cross‑functional teams and junior staff development
- Familiarity with web tech (HTML, JavaScript), CMS (AEM or similar), and integration with back‑end systems
