Responsibilities
- Support complex business transformation initiatives across process improvement, operating model design, technology implementation and data standardization
- Maintain integrated plans with milestones and dependencies across multiple teams
- Track progress, risks, issues; drive resolution through structured escalation
- Coordinate interdependencies across upstream and downstream systems
- Support development and refinement of functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops with SMEs to decompose current-state processes and define target-state workflows
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical design
- Track delivery of artifacts like process models, data definitions, and system requirements
- Assist in documenting standardized processes, operating models, workflows, and control frameworks
- Support implementation of workflow controls, data standards, and governance mechanisms
- Help drive consistency across organizations while balancing local constraints
- Support program governance structures, including status reporting and RAID management
- Prepare leadership and stakeholder materials
- Ensure adherence to governance processes and standards
- Coordinate across operations, engineering, technology, quality, compliance and other stakeholders
- Manage communications, meeting cadence, and follow-ups across distributed teams
- Support alignment of competing priorities and migration planning
- Assist with training materials and rollout strategies
- Track adoption metrics and implementation progress
Key requirements
- ~10+ years of relevant experience with program/project coordination and delivery
- Experience supporting large, cross-functional programs
- Background in process transformation, system implementation, or operations
- Experience coordinating across business and technology teams
- Exposure to laboratory operations, LIMS (LabWare), or sample workflows
- Experience in data standardization, workflow automation, or enterprise systems integration
- Strong program coordination and execution discipline
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and communication skills
- Structured problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to leverage GenAI tools to accelerate work
- SAFe/Agile training and/or certification is highly preferred
