In this role you will lead the evolution of Locusview’s mobile-first platform, enabling field and office users to access and manage geospatial asset data in real time. You will partner with engineering, UX, and customers to define capabilities and deliver scalable solutions for GIS-enabled asset lifecycle management. You’ll balance customer needs with roadmap priorities while exploring AI and automation to boost efficiency. This is a customer-centric, collaborative role at the intersection of geospatial data and construction workflows, with impact across utility operations.
Responsibilities
- Own initiatives for the next-generation mobile and web platform from discovery to launch
- Champion a mobile-first experience for field crews, inspectors, designers, and back-office users
- Define and prioritize capabilities around GIS, geospatial data, as-built docs, digital construction, and asset lifecycle
- Translate customer and cross-functional feedback into scalable product solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering and UX to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to inform roadmaps and decisions
- Support product adoption, value realization, and long-term customer success
- Explore AI, automation, and emerging tech to enhance workflows and efficiency
- Demonstrate the company values: customer-centric, authentic, accountable, agile, collaborative, innovative
Key requirements
- 5+ years of product management in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology
- Strong knowledge of GIS, geospatial data models, mapping technologies, and location workflows
- Experience with Esri ArcGIS family and similar GIS ecosystems
- Experience integrating with core utility enterprise systems (FSM, MWFM, OT/IT systems)
- Experience building or managing mobile applications and field workforce solutions
- Ability to translate customer needs into requirements, user stories, and roadmaps
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in agile, cross-functional product development environments
