In this role, you will lead the cybersecurity-focused sustainability product portfolio and its audit program. You will work with global and regional teams to align strategy with business objectives and customer needs. You will oversee audits, auditor development, and knowledge management while enabling sales and marketing for sustainability services. You will drive quality, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to advance TÜV SÜD’s mission of safety and trust in technology. Responsibilities
- Conduct management system audits with ~50% audit utilization
- Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for the sustainability product portfolio
- Monitor auditor performance, rejection rates, and quality indicators; implement corrective actions
- Facilitate pre-audit and post-audit activities with the Operations Manager
- Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation
- Develop and implement the product portfolio strategy aligned with global and regional objectives
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to assigned sustainability services
Key requirements
- Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, TISAX, or equivalent cybersecurity program
- At least 5 years' experience conducting third-party certification audits (including complex/multi-site)
- At least 3 years of people-leadership experience managing direct reports or technical teams
- Strong knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules, and management system standards in the product line
- Understanding of market and customer requirements to inform product strategy and business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder interaction
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience
