In this role you will support the Process Innovation team during the SAP S/4HANA transformation and the integration of the Production/Operation Support System. You will coordinate between engineering, procurement, production, finance, and IT to translate business needs into system improvements and ensure adoption of new processes. You help drive change management, training, and documentation to enable effective use of ERP and non-ERP solutions in shipyard operations. This is a hands-on position that links project execution with measurable process enhancements.

Responsibilities

Support SAP and non-SAP system implementation and ongoing operation
Translate business needs into functional specifications for system improvements
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, procurement, production, finance, and IT
Monitor project progress, document results, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
Support organizational change management including stakeholder engagement and user adoption strategies
Perform communication, training, and documentation to enable successful system adoption
Track project activities and prepare status updates for management
Assist in identifying operational and process improvement opportunities
Adhere to safety procedures and regulations
Perform other duties as required

Key requirements

5+ years of experience in ERP systems, business process support, or operations support
Experience with SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems in manufacturing/shipbuilding/heavy industry
Bachelor in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and operations
Ability to manage cross-departmental projects and communicate technical information effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
