As Private Equity Fund Admin VP, you will oversee daily client deliverables for PE fund administration, including NAVs, financial statements, capital events, fees and carried interest, and investor reporting. You will manage client expectations, timelines, and escalations within SLAs, while applying deep PE fund structure knowledge and accounting for complex transactions. You’ll lead cross-functional liaison, drive operational efficiency, and mentor staff. This role offers impact across a global client base within a top-tier securities services group.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients, including timelines, issues, and escalations
Ensure adherence to control framework and policies; monitor risk and compliance requirements
Lead ad hoc client projects and internal initiatives
Mentor and supervise staff on technical matters and client-related issues
Review fund governing documents and side letters to assess reporting impact
Coordinate year-end processes with audit and tax teams
Liaise with risk, control groups, audit, compliance, implementation, investor relations and operations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and seek efficiency gains

Key requirements

CA or CPA professional qualification
8+ years of experience with Private Equity funds in fund administration or related capacity
Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and client service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced MS Excel
