In this role you drive EMC qualification efforts and mentor the EMC team while steering project execution with customers. You’ll translate standards into practical implementations, develop test concepts, and lead the adoption of new EMC methods and equipment in the lab. You’ll work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and align technical expectations across stakeholders. Responsibilities

Prepare EMC RFQ inputs including requirements, concepts, and cost estimates
Lead the lab implementation of new EMC test methods and equipment
Mentor and train EMC team members and other technical experts
Analyze international and OEM EMC standards and implement compliance
Create and review test plans and results
Align customer expectations and provide technical support in escalations
Troubleshoot complex issues with the team
Support scheduling and technical risk assessment with the Customer Reliability Manager

Key requirements

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
10+ years of EMC qualification/relevant Automotive experience
Deep understanding of EMC standards and test methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced EMC and test solutions knowledge
Supervisory experience preferred
EMC Lab accreditation experience preferred
Business fluent in English
