Experteer Overview

In this role you will design and deliver e2e AI security workflows within Saviynt’s Enterprise Identity Cloud. You’ll work across agent platforms and cloud-native patterns to secure AI-enabled environments at scale. You will influence product direction, raise engineering standards, and collaborate across teams to build secure, multi-tenant solutions for leading enterprises. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-growing AI security initiative.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test and release end-to-end workflows for AI security products
Build solutions across agent platforms (AWS Bedrock, Google AgentSpace, Salesforce AgentForce) using cloud, SaaS and AI design patterns
Develop secure, scalable, multi-tenant software across AWS and Azure
Act as technical expert, shape product direction and engineering best practices
Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling and reliability
Collaborate with internal teams on software design and architecture
Test, deploy, revise, refactor and debug code
Start programs from scratch and maintain existing services
Create documentation across the software development lifecycle
Provide technical support and follow agile practices
Follow true agile principles

Key requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience
Expert-level Java, Spring Framework, REST and Microservices
Familiar with AI tools and agentic frameworks (MCP, A2A, ADK, Langchain)
Strong experience with Java-based security applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and design patterns
Hands-on experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, CI/CD, AWS Glue, Kafka
Progressive responsibility in application development, architecture, design and delivery
Experience with unit, functional and system integration testing
Experience with Scrum and Kanban in Agile environments
Git (GitHub/GitLab), automatic deployments, CI
IDE experience (IntelliJ or Eclipse), JUnit, Maven/Ant
Experience with AI development tools in SDLC (Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
Familiarity with architectural patterns (event-driven, microservices, serverless)
