As a Principal Project Controls Specialist, you will lead and optimize project scheduling across a portfolio spanning low to high complexity projects. You will work with cross-functional teams in Project Management, Engineering and Manufacturing, reporting to the Manager of Projects. The role centers on establishing baselines, tracking performance, and acting as the scheduling subject matter expert to drive efficiency. You will enable transparent communication with stakeholders and seek continuous improvement in scheduling practices. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling databases, manufacturing work management systems and ERP
Lead schedule review meetings with Project Managers, Engineering and Manufacturing
Establish schedule baselines and monitor adherence
Serve as the project controls subject matter expert for scheduling
Apply tools and techniques to improve scheduling performance and reduce inefficiencies
Promote teamwork and keep stakeholders informed of scheduling status
Identify opportunities for improvement and document lessons learned

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Construction Management or related technical discipline
6+ years of experience in the role or technical area
Primavera scheduling experience required
