As Principal PM for Pricing & Monetization, you will own the design and rollout of packaging and pricing initiatives to accelerate revenue growth across key markets. You’ll lead cross-functional programs, champion the Dynatrace Platform Subscription, and keep our commercial model ahead of market and competitive dynamics. You’ll turn market insights into value-based pricing, partner with sales, finance, and deal desks, and enable teams with clear monetization guidance. This is an impact‑driven role at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic monetization initiatives across new offerings and markets
Design value-based packaging and pricing models at portfolio and capability level
Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing; translate into actionable strategies
Collaborate with customers and partners to validate pricing and ensure value alignment
Evangelize monetization strategies to customer-facing teams and enable efficient deal execution
Analyze street pricing and deal economics to drive data‑driven growth

Key requirements

7+ years of strategic Product Management in B2B Enterprise SaaS
5+ years defining monetization strategies and shaping packaging/pricing
strong cross-functional leadership and change management experience
ability to engage technical audiences and C-level executives
experience partnering with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and Deal Desk to govern pricing and deals

influencing and communication with executives bias toward action and iterative improvement collaboration across diverse stakeholders monetization strategy pricing and packaging design competitive benchmarking and market analysis
