As Principal Product Manager for OneAgent, you will shape the roadmap and strategy to evolve our instrumentation across cloud-native and on-prem environments. You will work with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver seamless integrations that drive adoption and value. You’ll define success metrics, gather customer feedback, and ensure cross-platform compatibility at scale. This role places you at the center of Dynatrace’s mission to deliver intelligent observability through cutting-edge technology and platform integration.

Responsibilities

Define the product roadmap and long-term strategy for OneAgent, balancing maintenance, improvements, and innovation.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful integrations and drive product adoption.
Coordinate with other OneAgent PMs and partners to ensure features and changes are tested, integrated, and released.
Establish and own KPIs for OneAgent performance, including stability, instrumentation latency, coverage, and upgrade behavior.
Gather requirements from internal customers (R&D, support, sales, customer success) and prioritize valuable integrations.
Maintain high compatibility across OSes, virtualization/container platforms, cloud, and hybrid/on-prem setups.
Drive continuous improvement across cloud, containers/Kubernetes, serverless, new runtimes, and front-end instrumentation.
Represent customer voice and market trends to shape telemetry capture across environments.
Manage dependencies and align with broader platform initiatives (Grail, AppEngine, Unified Observability).
Act as a company-wide expert, sharing knowledge with customers and internal teams.

Key requirements

7-10+ years of Product Management experience in cloud, data ingestion, observability, or integrations
Experience with enterprise customers and B2B SaaS products
Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of PMs, engineers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders
Deep technical understanding of agent-based monitoring/instrumentation, including runtime instrumentation SDKs and observability signals
Familiarity with Linux/Windows, containerization/Kubernetes, virtualization, cloud and hybrid infrastructures
Experience shipping products at large scale with low overhead and high reliability
Ability to balance maintenance/technical debt/performance with feature development
Strong data analysis skills to drive decisions and measure success
Excellent communication skills for both executive and technical audiences
Proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership and bias for action
