As Principal Product Manager at Hutch, you will own the strategy and growth of the F1 Clash economy and live operations, guiding pricing and monetization for long-term profitability. You’ll lead a high-performing team, align seasonal initiatives with commercial goals, and drive live ops cadence across releases, events, and CRM. You will shape the game’s economy with data-driven decision-making and coordinate with cross-functional partners to deliver sustained engagement. Responsibilities

Define the Live Ops & Economy roadmap aligned with long-term commercial goals
Oversee in-game balance, currency sinks, and pricing architecture to optimize LTV and player sentiment
Own the Annual Season Change and Economy Reset strategy for meta shifts and yearly cycles
Drive the A/B testing framework and specify tools for an automated, efficient team workflow
Lead end-to-end content & campaign delivery with Design, CRM Manager, and Associate PM
Orchestrate seamless live ops ensuring economy stability and impactful content refreshes
Mentor and develop the Associate PM and promote data-led decision making
Collaborate with the Product Director and other PMs on Releases, Game Health, UA, Forecasting, and feature support

Key requirements

Senior/Lead/Principal Product Manager experience on top-grossing free-to-play mobile games
Deep expertise in designing and governing complex game economies and pricing architectures
Authoritative knowledge of the free-to-play market and success drivers
Advanced analytical ability with data-driven decision making, A/B testing, and live ops
Strong ownership mentality balancing operational needs with long-term strategy
Experience mentoring junior product managers or cross-functional teammates
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholder management
