Responsibilities

Define and steer cross-functional strategy for cloud observability data ingestion across multiple providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Shape product roadmap and balance investments between improvements, maintenance, and innovation
Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver impactful integrations
Coordinate with provider-specific PMs to anticipate and release features across clouds
Establish and track ingestion KPIs, analyze data to adjust strategy
Gather feedback from internal customers to prioritize integrations that maximize value
Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of cloud integrations
Drive continuous improvement through telemetry, bottleneck analysis, and architectural/process changes
Represent customer voice and monitor market trends to guide cloud integration direction
Manage dependencies and risks across cloud feature roadmaps
Mentor other Product Managers

Key requirements

7-10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in cloud, data ingestion, observability, or integrations
Experience with enterprise customers and B2B SaaS products
Proven collaboration with multidisciplinary teams of PMs, engineers, architects, designers, and stakeholders
Strong technical understanding of cloud provider services and data ingestion architectures
Proven track record leading cross-provider product features or integrations
Experience with cloud provider ecosystems and ISV partnerships
Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills
Proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership and bias for action
Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams and partners
Leadership ability to influence, mentor, and align multiple teams
